All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the fragile, handmade nature of our ceramics, we use protective materials which may add to the overall shipping weight and cost.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

We currently ship through carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Soulfire Ceramics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
