Handmade Nature of Products

All Soulfire Ceramics pieces are handmade and may contain slight variations in color, glaze, size, texture, or finish. These variations are part of the unique nature and charm of handmade ceramics.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Soulfire Ceramics is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Product Care

Ceramic items should be handled with care. Soulfire Ceramics is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper handling, or normal wear over time.
