All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is uniquely crafted, and slight variations are part of its charm.

For shipped orders, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Soulfire Ceramics is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped.
